Walking Tour of 55 Lebeaux Drive, Shrewsbury MA

An quick tour of this young condo with lots of space and three and half baths! 

Hello. Today we're going to do a walking tour of a property over in walnut place. It's 55 Lebeaux Drive. And we're going to check it out. So first, we're Just going to head on inside, so, As we go in we see that this is a front to back floor plan, not as common here in New England, all right.

It's a front to back floor plan. That is common here in New England but pretty common in lots of other places. It's got a wonderful area for a full dining room table and that leads right into the kitchen. So, you do have an eating kitchen here, a fair amount of cabinetry, plus a little pantry cabinet there that does stay.

You have this long room here, which is wonderfully lit. This apartment gets really good light with the two oversized doors. Full glass surrounding the mantle. It's a really nice look and it really does fill the room with light. You'll see on the way back that The ceilings have skylights.

When you get out the deck is large and expansive, especially for condo a lot of times. They have very small. Areas. It's elevated. Been pretty private. So with the trees in there. So this is a still shot of that area. Again, you can kind of see the vaulted ceiling there leads to the skylights all tilt up a little bit here.

And almost catch him in the picture. So above there is a little loft area which works really well for an office. Now this unit actually has two master bedrooms and so this is the first of those. It's on the first floor. Um, and the other one is the more traditional place, it's upstairs.

It's a three bedroom, three and a half bath unit, you can see This lower  bathroom here is just it's very expansive. It's just a really big space and really great. So this is just sort of a side shot. That doesn't really show the size but it does show the feature set and it's really large.

It's great.  Off the hall is the laundry so it does have first floor laundry. I just wanted to put a shot of that in here and now we're headed on our way upstairs. You saw the half bath peeking out in the corner. There on the first floor, at the top of the stairs, is a full bath.

Again, three and a half baths in the unit. Very typical finishings here and typical size. And here's that landing area. I mentioned earlier. With the requisite desk for a potential office area. And this is the second master It has good light in here and a semi-vaulted ceiling. And then another really expansive bath in here.

Double sinks as well as a nice little closet there, a little linen closet and a pretty expansive walk-in closet, which the downstairs bedroom does not have. So, there you go. That's a walking tour of 55 Lebeaux. I hope you enjoyed it.
