Analysis of Housing Market Statistics in Ashland
Ashland, Massachusetts has come back to earth in this report. It's still blazing hot, but sales have moderated and the inventory has started to build again. Significant drops in Days on Market for both actives and Solds, and at 101 days for solds, pretty much tells the story - homes are flying off the shelves. Momentum continued to improve, as 33 sales have been in the last three months, (just 46 in the last six months), so we'll probably see the market statistics continue to improve in the next report. No change in the foreclosure or short-sale picture, those properties are the same in this report.
