Analysis of Ashland Housing Market Statistics
Well Ashland looks softer, but it's not much softer. Sellers have barely begun to wait around - just four months on average - and buyers are still picking up properties in under 100 days, so that a tight market in Ashland. It's also worth noting that out of the 61 properties for sale, 11 of them are "bank clouded" either with a short-sale or foreclosure issue to deal with. That leaves just 50 "ready to move" properties in MLS, not very many for a Town of Ashlands size.

Ashland has seen little softening of the market for sellers this fall |
Buyers: Be prepared for thin pickings this fall and winter, as most home sellers are done for the year. There are some easier places to find housing, just check out my Best Towns to Buy in Metrowest, they aren't all as tight as Ashland.
