Lots of Snow in Ashland |
Ashland, MA , Massachusetts: Look out folks, the buyers seem to be back in Ashland. Since the last report, a whopping 17 homes have sold or gone pending. The inventory has been significantly cut, and the market looks really good for sellers right now. With just 25 single families on the market, I would expect bidding wars for attractive property. In fact, roughly 25% of the past sales sold at or above asking - clear evidence that buyers are bumping into each other. Buyers should be prepared for competitive situations for properties that are desirable and new to market.
