The Berlin Homes For Sale Market Report

Berlin looks typical; prices near record highs, but some retrenchment by the they buyers and lowered expectations from seller.

Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .

When we look at the detailed chart, we see the HSI falling sharply.  A lot of this is that homes are sitting around longer, with an average of 71 days.  That tells us buyers are no longer chasing prices, which is also what we see with the raw prices graph.

What should potential home buyers do in Berlin?

Home buyers will never find a lot of inventory in Berlin.  Underpriced houses are still moving quickly, but homes and homes sellers that are reaching too high on prices are unlikely to find a buyer willing to go there.
