The Boylston Homes For Sale Market Report

Boylston prices are retracing, but the sellers remain optimistic they will return.

Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .

After a brief spike in the HSI, it has returned a bit.  Inventories remain tight, but the number of transactions is falling, and the length of time for sales is lengthening.  This is not to say it is a buyers market! It is not, but the pressure on prices is softening.

What should potential home buyers do in Boylston?

Home buyers should know that things are better - but they are still very good for home sellers.  There aren't lots of choices and sellers still have high expectations.

What should future home sellers do in Boylston?

Home sellers should probably recognize it is not a good market to test new and higher prices.  Those don't seem to be working, and it would be wise to be down where the buyers are, and not where you'd like them to be.
