Boylston Housing Market Statistics Overview
Well, this is interesting. Boylston looked soft in the fall, but the buyers clearly figured out that prices were attractive, as they had a monster close to last year. 20 Sales in the final three months is 80% of the total in the last six months, and you can see the large jump in the HSI from a weak 69 to 86.
Not much inventory left, so I'd expect things to slow down a bit. But there's clearly buyers who have found value in Boylston lately.

With such a small town, hard to read into the bank impacted inventory, but it's up. Short-sales and foreclosures are both up, admittedly, from basically zero, but 4 properties out of 21 is a lot, percentage wise. Should be good news for sellers who do not have to get a lender to sign off.
