Homes For Sale in Charlton, MA Market Report
Let's check in with Charlton, which continues to impress with an HSI at 114, a new record. As elsewhere, the steady pressure on the number of homes for sale has resulted in price pressures, and we see that Charlton has moved up $7 a square foot since the last report, and $13 a square foot from a year ago. That's almost 10% in a year, pretty spectacular for Charlton.

Home sellers in Charlton have certainly waited a while to participate in the rising home prices, but it certainly looks like they are in the thick of it. The only thing in Charlton that is a little odd is the days on market for both sales and actives is a little on the high side. I'll have to look into why that is, but it's probably some new construction messing up the data.
