Charlton Housing Market Statistics Overview
|
Happy Halloween! |
Charlton is a good market for buyers, with lots of selection at the moment. Much of the overhang is a saturated market of New Construction, but if you're looking for new construction, it's probably a good time to drive a deal at some of these neighborhoods with too many homes for sale. The re-sale market is much tighter, and with sales picking up (29 sales in the last three months), and average time on market just tipping the 180 day mark, there's more balance in the market than it might appear at first glance. Sellers are waiting a bit for buyers - but not too long.
The new construction, for sure, will keep a lid on prices for a while. Expect some good deals in Charlton.
