Analysis of Single Family Home Statistics
The market has weakened a tad for sellers, but this could just be a seasonal blip, as sales fell off a bit. Inventory continues to decline, so we probably won't have a clearer picture about the number of sellers, in Charlton and elsewhere, until the middle of February. Buyers should expect a thin inventory, with good properties moving fairly quickly. Sellers should expect buyers to be picky about homes, so condition is key to getting top dollar for your listing.
