Analysis of Housing Market Statistics
Clinton, Massachusetts: Clinton has seen moderate improvement. Average time on market for Solds has really improved, showing some motivated buying, and although there's more homes for sale, buying activity is picking up as well. The numbers aren't strong enough to say sellers market, but over the past year we've seen a lot of stress in the Clinton market, this is a much more robust picture. Even the average sale price jumped significantly (of course that isn't a great indicator of much, but seems to follow the other data.)
