Analysis of Clinton Housing Market Statistics

The Clinton market looks like another market moving sideways.  There's some incremental improvement in sales, but not really enough to draw firm conclusions.  A surprising pick up in lender owned foreclosures in Clinton stands out, as almost 12 percent of the inventory is lender impacted in Clinton.  Both the average sold market time and days on market look pretty healthy.  Still hard to imagine price pressures without a better active to solds ratio, so it looks like a neutral market for the time being in Clinton.
