Clinton Housing Market Statistics Overview
The Clinton Market looks little different. Some more inventory came on and hasn't moved, which makes the Index look a little softer. But overall, we see the same neutral market in Clinton, which is one of the better ones in the last year.
Buyers will find some options - but less than half of the sellers will be really desperate for offers. With an average market time of just 124 Days, most sellers just haven't been frustrated enough, long enough, for them to worry too much. If the fall continues to be slow, however, that may change once we hit the turn of the year. The number of bank impacted properties is up across the board, as Foreclosures are up to six (10% of inventory) and short sales move up to three. That's quite a few impacted properties, it'll help keep a lid on prices in Clinton.
