Clinton, Massachusetts The Clinton housing market has stabilized, but as noted in the last report, because sales  it's because sellers have given up.  Either way though, the sellers on the market now likely find themselves in better shape than they were at the end of the year.  I would expect the average market time to decrease if the active/solds ratio stays steady, but the homeowners have not returned for the spring market, which will be good for those that remain.  Some buyers will be able to negotiate good deals with sellers who have been waiting for offers for some time.
