Homes For Sale in Framingham Market Report

Framingham is showing some signs of coming back to earth, which should be welcome news for buyers. Don't confuse that with a buyers market, however, as the number of homes for sale in Framingham remains near lows in this cycle.

Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .

Fundamentally, what we are seeing is a little more " rationality" from Home Buyers, as the seasonal swoon has them taking a deep breath and looking around a bit. Will it last? Well, only if the number of houses for sale in Framingham cracks 120, or the number of transactions falls significantly - even from here.

If I'm a home seller, I'm still pushing prices especially this year - if I've got time, I can see what's the appetite for my home and then make a price change later. With so few houses, I should get plenty of traffic either way.
