Homes For Sale in Grafton Market Report
Grafton checks in with a pretty positive report. This time of year, we often see a good surge of listings, and we've seen some hesitancy from the buyers - they aren't jumping at new listings like they were last year. That should translate to a softer market, but that's not what we see here:
Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .
What we see is a market where the houses that have sold are up in volume, the listings for sale are down in volume, and prices are up, after falling in the last report. Things are tightening, and the HSI is already moving up in Grafton.
What should home buyers do in Grafton
Home buyers should be aware that there is some new construction in Grafton, and there's enough of it where you might be able to negotiate a bit with the various entities. Outside of the new construction market, things are pretty tight. The market is not crazy, you shouldn't have to chase too many properties, but it is competitive and things are moving.

What should home sellers do in Grafton
Home sellers should recognize that the houses that offer the best condition and locations will get outsized attention, and will move quickly. That means some will move the first week, some will move the first month. If your condition isn't up to snuff, then you'll likely be at a lower price point as buyers look for deals on the lower end of the market.
