Grafton Housing Market Statistics Overview
The improvement in the Grafton market has held up through the fall, although we've seen a shifting in the report numbers. Six months sales are strong, but the three month sales have weakened - showing that the buyers activity is has fallen off. It hasn't resulted in higher inventory though, sellers are moving slower as well. Add it all up, we see a similar market as the last report, pretty neutral, with opportunities for both sellers and buyers. The hotter Westborough market has probably created some "spillover" in Grafton, which has helped move some of the inventory. Foreclosures and short-sales are both down slightly, so the home for sale are easier to move too!
