Holliston Housing Market Statistics Overview

Well, the Holliston market cooled off for Sellers since the last report. But it really had nowhere to go but down!! Sales over the last three months are down significantly, but I think that's largely reflected of the lack of inventory and desirable housing left. Overall supply of For Sale Homes is down slightly, to an anemic 59, and Days on market for Solds is steady at just around 115. Fewer foreclosures and short-sales, both evidenced in this report, will put pressure on prices. (Banks usually put pressure on prices by undercutting the market).

If you are a buyer in Holliston, smile, things are a little easier than they were. But you'll still need to move quickly for the most desirable homes - a Index score of 85 means things are still tricky for nice neighborhood homes.
