Analysis of Housing Market Statistics

Holliston, Massachusetts has seen the market for sellers weaken a bit. This is primarily due to the slow down in sales, which have dropped off significantly since the last report. The Days on Market is still well under 100, showing that the market remains good for sellers with attractively priced properties. Buyers should be aware that desirable homes are moving quickly, unless they are looking at new construction in Holliston, of which there is a surplus (due to the premium prices.)
