A very typical report from what we've been seeing. No real pull back in prices, but the number of homes for sale is a very tight. There's a huge number of pending in this report, unlike last February, so we're going to see some eye popping numbers I bet in the next report. However, the pendings haven't hit the data set yet, so it looks like the market has softened. But it really hasn't.
No foreclosures in Hudson this report, which is pretty amazing. Short-sale are up, continuing to demonstrate that banks are willing to deal with
