A very typical report from what we've been seeing. No real pull back in prices, but the number of homes for sale is a very tight. There's a huge number of pending in this report, unlike last February, so we're going to see some eye popping numbers I bet in the next report. However, the pendings haven't hit the data set yet, so it looks like the market has softened. But it really hasn't.
