Hudson Housing Market Statistics Overview

Well the last report wasn't too optimistic, but the buyers kept trucking in Hudson, and the market is bordering on hot. With no inventory coming on, and houses selling at the best pace of the whole year, things are tight. It's the whole market as well, as average sales is approaching 300K. There's some more short-sales and foreclosures, but not enough to really affect the market. Buyers will find the market pretty picked over, but that's not much different anywhere else. Sellers may not get great activity this time of year, but the buyers out there are motivated!
