I have another driving tour for you today. Today we take a quick look at some of the units in Independence Village, which is one of several condo complexes off of Chestnut Street. It can be hard to tell the complexes apart, but this will give you a good feel for the area.
These condos are one of the more modern version of the Fafard Fourplex! Fafard has been building similar units to this for decades in Ashland, but they get bigger and slightly fancier as the decades go by. At this point, most of these units are on their second owner, and some have some significant upgrades from the original buildouts. They aren't that old, however, and some resales will not have had anything done.
