Ashland is about to discuss with the town selectmen the Urban Renewal Plan - a broad set of changes hoping to revitalize parts of Ashland that abut the commuter rail in the downtown area. It's not super easy to find the plan on the town's website, but the November Update can be found here as a PDF.
It's a large PDF - 115+ pages - so have some time set aside if you're planning to go through it. The areas affected are outlined in maps in the mid 20s
