Analysis of Marlborough Housing Market Statistics
Another town with a large jump in the Hot Seller index, as the strong summer for sellers in Metrowest continues to drive the inventory down. More interesting, it definitely seems to be buying activity pushing inventory levels down, as the really desirable properties have moved fast. I expect, based on the pendings, that Marlborough will continue to show strength in the next report. Buyers: There's still a good inventory in Marlborough, but not in all price ranges. Be prepared for neighborhood homes in good condition to draw lots of attention.
