Analysis of Housing Market Statistics

Natick, Massachusetts: Interesting market report here folks.  There's more sellers, but the good properties are still flying off the shelves, there's some big jumps in the sales at both the six and three month mark, showing recent and strong activity.  The active market time is just 120 Days for Actives, meaning sellers will probably be sticking to their prices, as they haven't been waiting around very long.  And the sold days on market is still very good for sellers, at just 103, but it has cooled off from the super low numbers of a few reports ago. Buyer should be armed for bear!  The Natick market is extremely competitive.  Sellers should be thinking of reaching for better prices while the heat is on - at this point, the best part of the spring is likely still in front of us.
