Here is a home that when it was built, was built in Southboro. Note the spelling difference! (Southborough changed the spelling of it's name in the mid-80's I believe). Southboro can still be seen by looking at various older businesses (like our friends at Southboro Auto Tech!) and the Worcester registry of deeds, which still calls Southborough by the old name.
At any rate, it's got some nice space, large barn which would be useful for an in home business, and 2 kitchens, in law set up. Nice value for the price, with over 2000 sq feet!
