Homes For Sale in Northborough Market Report

Well it's about time! Looks like home buyers have finally figured out Northborough was a good deal. Next time, check the blog, it was out here all spring. Save yourself some time next time!! Here's what I mean:

What we see here (and in the data below), is that the HSI streaked up to a pretty outstanding 166, as buyers grabbed everything in Northborough. And why shouldn't they have? There was lots of good stuff sitting around, at almost last years prices.

Since they all came in at once though, they bumped into each other, and pushed prices up almost 10% in one report. Not sure those will hold, but the number of homes for sale is at an all time low right now, so they will hold for now.

 

I'll never figure out why Northborough is always the late summer market, but it certainly has been that way for a couple of years. As Bruce Willis said in Die Hard, "Welcome to the party, pal!"
