Northborough Housing Market Statistics Overview

Northborough is little changed from the last report. Inventory is a shade lighter, but market time is essentially a wash, and transaction volume remains unchanged. That's actually a positive coming out of the toughest months of the year, but Northborough remains a spot to look for values in Metrowest, as more than a few sellers are on for 5 months or more.

No real change either in the short-sale numbers or the foreclosure numbers. Those homes are rotating over slowly, but don't seem to be picking up steam. "Shadow inventory" remains at bay in Northborough.
