Northbridge, MA Housing Market Statistics Overview

Northbridge offers a report that's little changed from the last report. We have some new construction moving slowly through the statistics, and the market is unlikely to tighten until that's all absorbed. (There's about 24 new construction homes in the data). We'll probably see a bunch of those go late this spring, but for now, they push all the numbers up, making the HSI fall, and putting pressure on seller's prices. Buyers can use the market softness to get a little more push behind their offers, as everyone needs to compete with the newer subdivisions.

Things are looking better on the bank side though, with drops in the foreclosures on the market and the short-sales down significantly as well. Good to see, they were on the high side in Northbridge.
