The Clinton Homes For Sale Market Report

Clinton checks in with a continued improvement overall, with the HSI setting a record. Clinton was one of a few towns that had a great 2015, after not doing so well in 2014. Sudbury is also in that mix. There are some odd things about the Clinton data though, and they have to do with the fact that the sellers on the market are looking for $11 LESS than the average sale price, and yet they've been on the market over twice as long. What that tells me is that the investor market hasn't found Clinton yet, and the properties that are really banged up are getting left behind.

Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .

What should active home buyers do in Clinton?

Recognize that the market is moving quickly, and young properties in good condition are selling at or near list price when appropriately valued. With so few houses on the market, there probably aren't any winners right now, but they will be coming on at some point - wait and see is probably what you need to be doing.

What should potential home sellers do in Clinton?

As we saw in Boylston, there's not enough good homes for sale. If your home will stand out, there are buyers waiting for you. Prices have moved up 25% in two years, so if you think your house won't sell at the price you need, call me and ask again.
