The Framingham Homes For Sale Market Report
You go, Framingham. Rising prices in Natick and Sudbury are having the "Squeeze" effect, pushing up demand in Framingham. Some key highlights:
1) A record HSI of 327. Not even Natick (321) has been higher, ever. It's a little inflated because it's January, but still, a record.
2) Days to offer is a ridiculous 37 days for sold properties.
3) No inventory: 51 homes for sale? Southborough has only 28, but it's 1/10 the size. Wow.

What should active home buyers do in Framingham?
If you see something you like, buy it. I doubt you'll find something, though. Things are crazy. Be prepared for multiple offers - even on unattractive properties. And please, please, think about other towns. Ashland, Southborough, and Holliston are all bargains right now to Framingham, on a relative basis.
