The Marlborough Homes For Sale Market Report

Marlborough continues to climb, playing catch-up very successfully on the towns that have moved first.  Limited inventory and a fast moving market combine for rising prices. Sellers have noticed, and are reaching for more just as fast.

Can’t see the chart? You can find it Here .

There's almost nothing left to buy in Marlborough, so we see the HSI climbing as well. Look at that chart.  In 2011, there were 150 houses on the market in Marlborough.  Fast forward 6 years, it's only 27.

What should potential home buyers do in Marlborough ?

Well, it wont' be easy.  Gotta move quick for most homes.  Be careful - the buyers aren't paying much attention to risk, so you could easily end up with a home with a higher risk profile, or that needs more capital improvements than you expect.

What should future home sellers do in Marlborough ?

Hey, times are good!  Doesn't look like the spring is in any real danger of mellowing out.  Prices are at their peak, if you think you want to move, it's an awfully good time.
