It has taken a long time, but the Worcester suburbs are starting to catch up - trend wise - with the rest of Massachustts, as the "urban bubble" seems to have run it's course. Note, however, we've seen a moderation of transaction volume in Sutton also. Largely due to lack of inventory, but also less demand.
