The active/Solds ratio has improved a little, with Actives falling (probably seasonally) by 57 homes, but sales also fell by 35. Market time and prices are little changed. Sellers should be aware that the Worcester market is still highly competitive, but as the data shows, at attractive prices, properties will sell, and fairly quickly. Buyers should be aware that properties in the lower prices ranges may be moving quickly, especially in desirable areas.
