There has been some seasonal slow down since the last Home Sales Statistics Report. Active have tighten, and sales have fallen off a bit. Market time remains steady. There's good selection at all price levels, with the midpoint in the actives at around $420K. Sellers will get solid activity for desirable locations and house types, and buyers should be aware the best homes are selling quickly, so they should be aggressive when finding neighborhood homes.
