Analysis of Housing Market Statistics
Sudbury, Massachusetts has seen a softening in the stats, as the summer months activity fades from the numbers, the tepid fall and winter is showing the market softened significantly. A few things to note here: First, even though we are probably at the statistical low point in a typical housing season, Sudbury is still showing more sales than actives - good for sellers. The market time is indicating that property is sitting around, with sellers sitting tight and waiting for the buyers to return. 40 of the 85 homes are above 800K, showing tougher competition for sellers at the top end.
