Sutton Housing Market Statistics Overview

Sutton has improved for sellers slightly, and become a bit tougher for buyers. Any score in the mid-70's reflects a neutral market, and that's really what we have here. Nothing really stands out in the report, except that much of the inventory that was sitting around in the last report is still sitting. Seller stubbornness or buyers unwilling to purchase property that has troubles? Hard to tell, probably a little of both. Although there will be new inventory in the new year, there are also a number of pendings home sales - so sales will probably keep on trucking.

Also note that although foreclosures are up, shorts-sales are down a bit. Overall, there's more bank impacted inventory (10 out of 43 actives is quite a bit), but just one more than the 9 before.
