There has been little change since the last report.  Sutton has low inventory, but the transaction volume is low too.  With the solds selling at 120 days on market, the market is very neutral for buyers and sellers.  Sellers need to be aware of competition, but many price ranges will have little competition and could be good opportunities to sell.  Buyers have few options, and some price ranges may have comparisons that are difficult to make.
