Analysis of Upton Housing Market Statistics

Upton has seen some really good momentum since the last report for sellers. Available homes are down, sales are up, and so we see the big change in the Hot Seller Index, as Upton heats up. Upton had some really good values, so I'm not surprised that the buyers started snapping them up. The activity was much needed, and we'll have to see if it continues, but we're left with a pretty even market. Upton is a small market, so there may be spot areas of limited inventory or strong demand or both. Buyers may see demand for certain homes.
