The Chart looks pretty consistent to the other reports. Low number of homes for sale. Record for the HSI. Very short days on market (90). Lots of new home sellers.

But the pricing data has stayed flat this summer. Now, I'll grant you, what's left isn't that cheap - it's advertised at $209/ sq foot, a big rise from $185, so prices are likely to go up, and sales are likely to slow. That's a big number to absorb, and buyers will need to get frustrated from lack of options before chasing some of those homes. But with most of the neighboring towns already up significantly, recent Westborough buyers have been getting good deals done.
