Westborough Housing Market Statistics Overview

Well, this is a ugly buyer report for homes in Westborough. 54 Homes for sale in a town of this size is really small, and I know that a lot of homes were de-listed for the holidays, but still, there's not much to buy. Looking at the market time of the For Sale Homes, and we see that the homes that are on the market have already been on the market for 9 months or more - so they probably aren't the best houses left. Hopefully we'll see a big rebound in inventory this year, otherwise the steep drop in transactions that Westborough saw in the last three months (35, which is just terrible) will persist.

Some good news is that the lender impacted homes are way down. Just five short-sales and only one foreclosure in town, so what is on the market is ready to be sold. With so little inventory, buyers will be chasing inventory, be sure of it, so if you see a winner, don't wait for others to find it.
