In this video, I give you a strategy for figuring out if a home remodel is the right decision for you. Many times, it is not the right fit for you! While many publications on the internet say you "Must" or "Need" to do this renovation or that renovation, the truth is every home and every home seller's situation is different.
That doesn't mean you can't start to figure out if the process is one you should do! Generally, I walk homeowners through the strategy outlined below (or a similar version of it, everyone is different!). Then we can figure out what the best path forward is. I'm a big fan of identifying the "biggest bang for the buck" when it comes to home renovations, and I love helping home sellers make money on their renovations!
