Worcester may be going through some seasonal pullback, but the long term trends are trending very positive for Worcester. Trending down from a high of 650 homes on the market, the actives now stand at 500 - a reduction of over 20% - and that will significantly help pricing power for sellers. The selling momentum has stayed solid, staying under 120 days, showing that current price points are moving off the excess inventory in Worcester. We aren't at a neutral market yet, it's still a buyers market with an unbalanced active/solds ratio, but we're closer than we have been in many months, and if this trend continues, the Worcester market could stabilize or even increase.
