Perhaps, I thought, Framingham might cool off in the fall. After all, it is a seasonal slow spot. But Framingham is just too hot.

Yes, technically the HSI fell 6 points, but it's over 200, and since sales have fallen by over 100 houses, it would make sense that things would be cooler. Except that the active properties have ALSO fallen, and that means the status quo remains.

Home Buyers will have a very difficult time in Framingham, and as before in the last report, I would encourage you to keep your options open. Although prices stalled in the last 3 months, with so little inventory, the stage is set for more price ranges, with this type of demand. Might be a good time to look around. Home Sellers, on the other hand, don't need to wait for the leaves and flowers. The buyers are ready for you right now.
