On the chart, we see the HSI take a big dip, from 180 to 132. Does that mean Millis is headed in the wrong direction for sellers?
Not exactly. Millis is a very small town, and the numbers can and do jump around a lot. But if we look at the full picture, we see things have not changed very much.

Sales are down, but so the number of active properties on the market is just 14 - same as last month - so we're not see anything improving their for buyers. Like many of the towns, there's an inventory shortage. Days on market is just 71 days for sold properties, indicating buyers are moving fast when the right property is available. And prices have not pulled back, they have stayed strong.
