Taking a peek at Northbridge real estate, we see improving trends for existing home sales. Remember, there's a lot of new construction being marketed in Northbridge, so these reports always look softer than they are.

Even with all the new construction, the active number of properties has fallen to all time lows since I've been tracking. You can see it's affecting buyer behavior too, because prices are continuing to climb. If I was a buyer interested in New construction in Northbridge, I might think to ask for a lot of extra upgrades. After all, you could just go to the next builder. Right?

Still quite a few short-sale in Northbridge, but the rise in prices probably means they'll go soon. We'll see this spring.
